I am a Costco member, but Costco in Canada does not seem to carry PSE, so we did some numbers-crunching: I’m in Canada, and last downloaded 14 directly from the Adobe website – the upgrade price of US$79.99 (= CAD106.40) + sales tax as charged here, 12% = US$9.60.

In Photoshop Elements 11 and later, actions and layer styles are a breeze to load and use.Īs of JanuDigital Scrapper will no longer create action and layer style work-arounds for older versions of Photoshop Elements. Some of you needed additional support just to get the work-around actions to work. The installation instructions were several pages long.
